Affordable Housing Options: Do you need housing assistance? Find the best subsidized housing program for you and your household. Kennewick Housing Authority (KHA) provides a variety of rental assistance for affordable housing options. KHA provides the following subsidized housing programs:

• Public Housing Program (open)
• Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8 “Tenant-Based” Vouchers)  (closed)
• Section 8 “Project-Based” Voucher Program  at Mitchell Manor (open)
• KHA does not provide temporary shelter or emergency housing

Housing Programs Applications and Waiting Lists: KHA is accepting applications for all its housing programs except Section 8.  See above.
